Geodis leases entire 10PA 597,025 SF warehouse.
(Plainfield, Ind. – November 27, 2017) Geodis, a top ranking global supply chain operator, will be expanding operations at 10PA in AirTech Park and fully occupying the 597,025-square foot facility at 3870 S. Ronald Regan Parkway, Plainfield.
AirTech 10PA was brought to market by Browning and Prologis’ joint venture as a fully permitted and designed facility at the corner of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Stout Heritage Parkway in Plainfield’s main industrial corridor.
AirTech 10PA is a state-of-the-art, modern bulk distribution center located at the corner of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Metropolis Parkway. The 520’ x 1,145’ cross-docked building features 36’ clear height, expandable car and truck parking spaces, 4,000 amp electrical service, ESFR sprinkler system, LED interior and exterior lighting, sixty (60) 9’ x 10’ overhead doors and two (2) 12’ x 14’ drive-in doors.
Mark Susemichel and John Cohoat of Browning Investments and Cody Riles of Prologis represented the building ownership. The Geodis facility is the 9th building co-developed by Browning and Prologis for a total of more than 5 million square feet.
