Browning is very pleased to announce that Andrew Perry joined the Browning development team as Financial Manager in November of 2015. Andrew will support the Development team with financial modeling, deal structuring, project finance, credit underwriting, tax increment finance analyses, and coordination of construction draws.

Andrew brings significant experience to the Browning team. He is joining Browning after serving most recently as a manager with Crowe Horwath LLP where he was a municipal advisor to state and local units of government for tax-exempt bond issues, generating financing scenarios for capital infrastructure projects, and developing TIF analyses for proposed economic development projects.
Andrew serves on the board of Horizons at St. Richard’s Episcopal School, a program committed to closing the achievement and opportunity gaps for low-income children in the Indianapolis community. Andrew obtained his MPA in public financial administration and BA in political science from Indiana University.
