As Director of Portfolio Management, Andrew is responsible for the overall performance of Browning’s operating assets. In his role, Andrew oversees leasing, property management, acquisitions, and dispositions, all with a focus on creating value and delivering on Browning’s investment strategies. With a background in public finance, Andrew frequently works with colleagues, partners, and clients to analyze and structure incentive packages for new development projects.
