Angela Wethington is a member of the development team which handles new development as well as redevelopment projects throughout the Midwest. She specializes in mixed-use urban infill projects as well as office projects. Her focus is on the creation of meaningful, dense projects which support live, work, play environments. As a developer Angie is responsible for guiding a project from initial concept through entitlements until construction completion. Additionally, Angie is responsible for all facets of asset management for a large and dynamic portfolio of research and development, flex, office, retail, and industrial properties located in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Alabama, and Virginia. Her responsibilities include asset positioning, leasing, and financing. Angie manages Browning’s property management team which manages Browning-owned assets as well as third-party owned assets.

Angie comes most recently from Cassidy Turley where she was Senior Vice President, Investment Sales, directing investment sales on over 72 investment offerings and portfolios in Indiana and throughout the Midwest and South Central part of the United States totaling more than 33.6 million square feet with an estimated value in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to Cassidy Turley, she was the Director of Business Development for the Indy Partnership, a nine county regional economic development firm in Indianapolis.  In this role, Angie was responsible for recruiting new businesses to Central Indiana.

Angie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from IUPUI and her Law Degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She is involved with several professional organizations including: Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), IndyCREW, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as a founding member of the Indianapolis Chapter, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as an Advisory Board Member and co-chairs ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative. Angie also serves on the Indianapolis Parks Foundation Board, chairs their Advocacy Committee, and was the 2015 Indy Urban Acres Farmraiser Committee Chairman. Her knack for teamwork stems from her favorite sport of rowing where she was on the women’s crew team in college.
