Kim is Vice President of Development Services which is Browning’s initiative to provide real estate consulting services to third party customers. Her responsibilities also include development, financial analysis, mortgage financing, lender coordination and development consulting. All of which she loves almost as dearly as volunteering at rural orphanages in Ghana. An experience that has touched her deeply.
Prior to joining Browning Investments, Inc. in 1990, Kim was employed by the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young, where she served various clients in the areas of real estate and manufacturing industries.
Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Canine Assistance Network (ICAN), a program utilizing prison inmates to train assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities. She also serves on the Development Committee for ARC of Indiana. Previously Kim has served as Treasurer of Meals on Wheels, Inc. and Little Red Door Cancer Agency, on committees for Special Olympics Indiana, Little Red Door, and the Indianapolis Chapter of Women in Commercial Real Estate (Indy CREW.) Kim also participated in United Way of Central Indiana’s Ardath Burkhart Series, an intensive leadership development program.
Kim graduated in 1988 with an accounting degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Masters of Business Administration in 1995, all while gaining a deeper appreciation for Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
