Velocity™ 65 Trade Center consists of over 260 acres of land in Shepherdsville, Kentucky (15 miles south of Louisville) and will house up to six (6) bulk distribution buildings totaling over 4 million square feet.
The roadways and infrastructure around Velocity™ 65 are undergoing significant improvements. The Kentucky Transportation Department will be constructing a new I-65 interchange at the southern end of Velocity65 along with a high-throughput reconstruction of the existing interchange at I-65 and KY Highway 480 to the north. Both projects are in the Governor’s approved budget plan to be constructed in 2018. In addition, the City of Shepherdsville is constructing a new public road, named Alpha Way, that will link both interchanges and provide exceptional accessibility to Velocity™ 65.
