Purdue Innovation District Announces Innovation Place Apartments

A new integrated living/learning community composed of residential, academic and retail development will be the first development coming to the Purdue Innovation District. The Innovation Place Apartments is being developed by Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and Walsh Group as a public-private partnership with the Purdue Research Foundation. The $75 million project will include approximately 841 beds designated for upperclassmen and graduate students, 8,000 square feet of community and academic space, and 16,000 square feet of retail space.

Browning will continue to work with the Purdue Research Foundation by leading master planning efforts for the Purdue Innovation District to help drive new business and economic development while fostering connectivity of business, community, and university.
