Firm also hailed as Top 20 construction company

Indianapolis-based Browning has been named the Midwest’s No. 3 developer by Midwest Real Estate News, the region’s leading source for coverage of commercial real estate.

In addition, the firm’s total construction revenue of $467 million earned Browning the 20th spot on the media outlet’s list of the Midwest’s top construction companies.

“We aren’t in business for the sake of rankings, but the inclusion of Browning as a top development and construction firm in Midwest Real Estate News is a great affirmation that we are delivering on our vision,” said John Hirschman, president and CEO of Browning.  “We are making a positive difference in the communities where we do business by delivering significant and thoughtful projects with the best team in the business.”

Browning projects listed as part of the Midwest Real Estate News recognition include the Infosys Innovation Hub and The Coil in Indianapolis, First Internet Bank HQ in Fishers, and Velocity 65 Trade Center Building 1 and Building 2 in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Among other projects, the firm also is developing four buildings in the 16 Tech innovation district in Indianapolis and serving as master developer for the Discovery Park District development in West Lafayette.
