Prior to joining Browning Investments, Terry worked with Ryland Homes as a Land Coordinator where he was responsible for land development–related activities such as budgets, approvals, proformas, constructions and dedications. Some of the key projects that Terry has worked on prior to joining Browning have included the Village of West Clay, a $250 million mixed-use development in Carmel, IN, the FedEx expansion at the Indianapolis International Airport ($100 million), and a Brownfield redevelopment project to convert a former solid waste facility into an industrial warehouse park near downtown Indianapolis ($25 million). Terry has also worked on various bulk warehouse projects around the Indianapolis area. Terry’s experience comes from working with environmental contractors and engineering/land development firms. While his being fluent in French doesn’t come in handy very often, his being fluent in teamwork has proved invaluable.
