Aequitas at the CJC
Indianapolis, IN
256,000 sq. ft.

Aequitas – the Latin concept of justice, equality, conformity, symmetry, or fairness. It is the origin of the English word “equity.”  (You can watch a video to help you with pronunciation here.)

Browning chose the name Aequitas for our new professional office development because it will be located adjacent to the new $575M Marion County Community Justice Campus (“CJC”), in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This project is being developed by Browning in coordination with the City of Indianapolis and includes two Class A multi-tenant office buildings with a total of 256,000 rentable square feet.

Building One (East)
Breaking ground Spring 2021, this 134,600 square feet of 5-story, steel frame with metal panel exterior, office building will be constructed by the Browning-Davis JV.  The office space is fully leased by the City of Indianapolis, with 7,000 SF retail for lease on the first floor.

Piazza (Between buildings/retail)
A beautifully designed gathering space and additional room for outdoor dining.

Future Development: Building Two (West)
An additional 5-story, steel frame with curtainwall exterior, office building has been planned at the site and is available for lease.
