Aequitas – the Latin concept of justice, equality, conformity, symmetry, or fairness. It is the origin of the English word “equity.” (You can watch a video to help you with pronunciation here.)
Browning chose the name Aequitas for our new professional office development because it will be located adjacent to the new $575M Marion County Community Justice Campus (“CJC”), in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This project is being developed in coordination with the City of Indianapolis and includes two Class A multi-tenant office buildings with a total of 256,000 rentable square feet.
