As the innovation hub of 16 Tech, HqO is designed to foster innovation, creativity and connection. Home to private and flexible workspaces, a makerspace and an artisan marketplace, HqO will give tenants, members and visitors a one-of-a-kind opportunity to grow their networks, further their ideas and enjoy a diverse spectrum of dining, retail and events.
HqO was originally built by the Indianapolis Water Company in 1959. The Browning Davis JV is renovating HqO’s concrete-and-steel frame to create a vibrant space where innovators converge for high-impact work and meaningful collaborations that can change the course of a career—or an entire company.
