HqO was originally built by the Indianapolis Water Company in 1959. Renovations to the concrete-and-steel frame were managed by a joint venture between Browning and Davis & Associates and utilized a construction team comprised of 48% City of Indianapolis certified diverse contractors and completed by a largely Marion County workforce.
